What to Bring

Bed linens: All new students attending Camp P.I.R.A.T.E.S. will be sleeping in a cabin. Please bring a pillow, sleeping bag and/or twin sheets, and a blanket.

Toiletries: Shampoo/conditioner, soap, deodorant, etc.

Clothing for 3 days: Dress for camp is casual because temperatures will be hot and humid. We recommend modest T-shirts and shorts.

Tennis shoes: For the Challenge Course.

Shorts, a T-shirt, and shoes that can get REALLY dirty (and a bag to put them in afterwards)

Pajamas

Raincoat: Weather can be unpredictable and we want you to be prepared.

Jacket or sweatshirt: It may be cool in the evenings or inside some buildings.

80s attire for our evening activity!

Alarm Clock, Watch, or Cell Phone: So you can get up in the mornings!

Sunscreen and insect repellant

Towels/washcloth for bathing

Swimsuit (modest) and pool towel

Shower shoes (optional)

Flashlight

Camera: You will not have your cell phone during the day, so if you wish to take pictures, you’ll need to do it the old fashioned way!

Medication: If you take medication daily or have medication that you take in event of an emergency, please make sure to bring that with you to camp.

You will be responsible for your luggage and other items, so make sure you are able to carry them all.
