The Robert H. Wright Society Leadership Award is presented each spring to a current or former member of the East Carolina University Student Government Association for their professional achievement and demonstrated leadership. The award is to recognize service (both to the university and the community), and leadership qualities exhibited.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
Must be a current ECU student or an ECU graduate (undergraduate and/or graduate degree)
Must be a current or former member of the ECU Student Government Association
- Must be willing to submit a photo, if selected, that can be published by ECU Student Affairs Marketing, and various schools and colleges, as appropriate
- Must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a lifelong relationship with ECU.
- Must have made a notable contribution in any one of the following areas: art, business, community service, culture, education, leadership, philanthropy, and/or research.
