The Office of Student Development, housed within the Department of Athletics, is committed to enhancing the experience of East Carolina University's student-athletes. The two central goals for our students are to achieve athletic and academic excellence. The university and the department of Athletics supports are committed to the academic success and graduation of all students participating in its athletic programs. This commitment is evidenced through the services and dedication provided to our student-athletes through our Office of Student Development and Academic Support Staff.

Proper training is essential to succeeding at any job, and offering academic support is no different. The Office of Student Development offers regular training sessions to ensure that all staff members are familiar with the polices of the academic support program and accommodate the different scheduling needs of our staff. The overall training program consists of two components, the initial training and ongoing staff development.

This website serves as a abbreviated resource and reference for our current support staff and as an introduction to our program for prospective staff members.
