Specific maintenance requests should be directed to the following numbers and not the online form below:

• Cable problems, call SuddenLink Communications at 756-5677
• Lost or damaged keys – Go by your NSO for a replacement key
• Computer problems – Call the ECU Helpdesk at 328-9866
• Snack and drink machines not functioning – call Vending at 6294. Snack and drink refunds are given at Student Store during operating hours.
This form must be completed accurately to avoid delays and further questions. You should be specific and detailed in your description of the problem and should state exactly where the problem is. Specifics should include items such as room and laundry machine numbers.
