Print out, review, sign and mail your summer session contract(s) to:

You will receive a confirmation letter when the contract is received. Students need to sign a contract for each session they plan to attend.  If you are taking an 11 week class you should sign both a Session I contract and Session II contract and please note it at the top of the contract.

Current ECU Students Not Currently Living On Campus

Go to Jones Hall on Campus after April 9, to fill out your Summer Session I and/or Session II contract(s) and select a space.

Current On-Campus Students Sign Up & Room Selection Processes for Summer Session Housing    

Your user name and password was e-mailed to you earlier in the Spring Semester. Please look for it. 

April 7-8: Review and electronically sign your Summer 2008- Session I and Session II contract(s) Online

Students must complete contract preferences and electronically sign the contract(s) online to request on campus housing. If you are taking an 11 week class they should sign both a Session I contract and Session II contract.

April 9-11: Online Room Selection for Summer Session I

If you are attending Summer Session I and Session II, your room assignment will be the same for both sessions.

If you are attending Summer Session II, you will be assigned a space based on availability, and receive the room assignment when you arrive on-campus to move in on June 25, 2008.

If for some reason you do not receive the e-mail with your user name and password to the system, you can contact Campus Living for the information at 328-4663. You can log on via the ECU One Stop site (onestop.ecu.edu - using your ECU Exchange e-mail user id and password ) and under the Tool menu, in the Student Life section, select "Campus Living- Housing".  You can also visit the Campus Living Sign-Up site directly at: https://housing2.ecu.edu/HmsStudentweb/
