FREE Group Fitness Classes! This year we are offering FREE access to our Group Fitness Classes to students and families Friday, September 26 – Sunday, September 28. Regularly scheduled classes include Friday at 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm, Aqua Fitness Saturday morning at 10:00 am, and Sunday Group Fitness at 4:00 pm. All classes are appropriate for beginners to advanced participants and meet in the Student Recreation Center. Class schedules and details will be available on our website and on our Rec Hotline at 328-6443.

Get to know you way around the fitness areas of the Student Recreation Center by joining this scheduled 45 minute orientation exclusively for ECU’s Family Weekend! You will get an overview of fitness programs and services here within CRW as well as take a walk through our weight room, group fitness studios, and cardio training areas. One of our seasoned Fitness Trainers will lead you through our facilities, answer your questions and take some of the guesswork out of your SRC Fitness experience. Meet in the SRC Classroom (2nd floor). There is no fee for this activity.
