FREE Group Fitness Classes! This year we are offering FREE access to our Group Fitness Classes to students and families Friday, September 25 – Sunday, September 27. Classes will be available at various times on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All classes are appropriate for beginners to advanced participants and meet in the Student Recreation Center. Class schedules and details will be available on our website and on our Rec Hotline at 328-6443.

SRC Facility Tour/Weight Room Orientations
Staff will be available to provide an overview of fitness programs and services here within CRW as well as take a walk through our weight room, group fitness studios, and cardio training areas specifically or tour the Student Recreation Center. One of our seasoned Fitness Trainers will lead you through our facilities, answer your questions and take some of the guesswork out of your SRC Fitness experience. There is no fee for this activity.
