Racquetball/Squash and Walleyball Court Reservations


 1. Reservations will be made in person at the control/issue desk or by calling 328-6911.
 2. Reservations can be made any time the facility is open. They can be made one day in advance.
 3. Court reservations may be made for racquetball, walleyball and
 squash. 4. Members reserving a court must give their name, the date and the time they wish to use a court.
 5. An individual may make only one reservation per day.
 6. Participants must confirm their reservation by checking in at the
 control desk when they arrive to play.
 7. Reservations can be made for a maximum of 60 minutes. Court  reservations will be available on the hour and on the half hour. Reservations must be made at least one hour in advance.
 8. Reserved courts must be claimed within ten minutes. Courts not
 claimed within the ten minute time period become open courts.
 9. Court 2 is a challenge court at all times from 4 p.m. through 9 p.m.

Racquetball/Squash Court Use Policy

 1. Eye goggles must be worn. Non-glass prescription protective  eyeglasses are acceptable at the participants on risk.
 2. Only athletic shoes with non-marking soles are allowed. Shoes  designed specifically for court use are recommended.
 3. Racquetball racquets are required to have bumper guards and wrist  straps. Wrist straps must be utilized.
 4. Participants must refrain from deliberate abuse of courts. Deliberately striking the walls, floors, etc. will result in loss of court privileges.
 5. Court use is restricted to one hour intervals when participants are waiting.

Racquetball Challenge Court Use Policy

 1. Court number one is designated as a challenge court 6 a.m. until closing. Court two is designated as a challenge court 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
 2. Initial use of the court is on a first come basis.
 3. The first player (or players in the case of doubles) to take the court  will retain the court until they are defeated by a challenger(s).
 4. Winners can utilize the courts for a maximum of three consecutive games.
 5. The first player(s) to take the court must accept all challenges.
 6. All challenge games are played to fifteen points. A one point margin is needed to win.
 7. The winner(s) stay on the court and the loser may place his/her name at the bottom of the list to challenge again.
 8. A sign-up board is located outside the court. Players wishing to
challenge must put their name at the bottom of the list.

Walleyball Court Use Policy

 1. Walleyball court reservations are available between the hours of
 12:00 noon and closing.
 2. Advanced reservations are recommended. Walk-In reservations will be honored based on court and set-up availability.
 3. Teams are limited to two hour playing times when participants
 are waiting.
