On Friday September, 26 and Saturday September, 27 the ECU Men's Ice Hockey Club traveled to Florida to play Florida Gulf Coast University, which is a ranked Division 2 school. They lost the game on Saturday 6-3 and lost again on Sunday 6-5.
On October 17th the ECU Men's Ice Hockey Club traveled to Richmond, VA to play the University of Richmond. The won the game 7-3, improving their record to 3-2.
On October 24th and 25th the ECU Men's Ice Hockey Club traveled to Newport News, VA to compete against Christopher Newport and also traveled to Hillsborough, NC to compete against Duke. They beat Christopher Newport 8-4 and beat Duke 4-2 improving their overall record to 5-2.
On October 31st and November 1st the ECU Men's Ice Hockey Club traveled to Kennessaw State University in Kennessaw, GA to play two games. They lost both games at scores of 5-1 and 11-0. With these two loses their overall record has dropped to 5-4.
