On Saturday February 14th, 2009 the ECU Men's Lacrosse Club hosted Wake Forest. Though they lost 15-7, the match was closely competed and was hard fought by both teams.
On Sunday February 15th the ECU Men's Lacrosse Club hosted Coastal Carolina and lost a closely competed match 10-9 in overtime.
