Tai Chi


A group of Tai Chi lovers get together several times a week to practice the ancient Chinese Martial art. Unlike other Asian martial arts, Tai Chi focuses on the relationship between your body and nature. Smooth, graceful movements flow in a sequence created thousands of years ago by ingenious Chinese people. This group will practice the Yang Long and Short forms.
