The purpose of the Women's Ultimate Frisbee team is to provide opportunities to compete with teams across the state and region through the Ultimate Players Association in the wonderful game of Ultimate Frisbee. We provide everything you need to know about proper throwing technique and the rules of the game. Along with knowledge of the sport, you will also get to travel to three or four tournaments in the fall and more than that in the spring. Come out and join us and make life-long friendships with teammates.
