On February 15th, 2009 the ECU Women's Lacrosse Club hosted Coastal Carolina in a match and won 8-7.
On February 22nd, the ECU Women's Lacrosse team hosted Duke University and UNC-Charlotte. The team lost the match against Duke 10-6 but came back to win the match against UNC-Charlotte 8-7.
On Sunday March 29th, 2009 the ECU Women's Lacrosse team competed in their last match of the season against Wake Forest. The ladies lost the match 12-6 but enjoyed a successful season and will build from this season in preparation for next year.
