The ECU Women's Rugby team has had a very successful Fall 2008 season. They are undefeated and won the State Championship. The results of their games were:

On October 31st some members of the Women's Rugby team participated in the U-23 Select Tournament. 15 ECU members were invited, only 6 attended. The team in which the ECU women played on won the tournament.
During the weekend of March 27-29, 2009 the ECU Women's Rugby Club traveled to Tuscaloosa, AL to compete in the USA Women's Rugby South Finals Tournament. The ladies competed in two matches, against the University of South Carolina and the University of Central Florida, and won both matches becoming the South Regions Champions and earning a bid into the Sweet 16 National Tournament.
