Personal Training

 

Fitness Assessment Program*

 

Our fitness assessment program offers the opportunity to identify your current fitness level and set realistic goals to improve.

 

The following components are tested individually or as a complete package: blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength, endurance cardiovascular, and endurance flexibility. 

 

Allow 90 minutes for the assessment. Upon completing the assessment, you will receive a printed packet of your results, as well as a full explanation of each test and suggestions for improvement.. Fitness assessments are made by appointment only.

 

Cost is $25 for students and members; $40 for non-members.

 

Individual components will be measured for $5.00.

 

Personal Training*

 

Our personal training program offers personalized assistance to safely and effectively reach your fitness goals. A personal trainer will work with you to increase your fitness level, perfect your exercise technique, overcome training plateaus, and motivate you to reach your goals through consistent, progressive and fun exercise.

 

Sessions last 1 hour.

 

Sessions - Member/Non-Member


1 session - $25/$35
2 sessions - $45 /$66
4 sessions - $85 / $130
8 sessions - $160 / $246

12 sessions - $220 /$344
16 sessions - $275 / $424

 

Express Training*

 

Express Training is personal training in half the time.  Express training is designed for the experienced exerciser who wants to get in and get out quickly. 

 

Sessions last 30 minutes and are half the cost of regular Personal Training Sessions.

 

Sessions - Member/Non-Member

8 sessions - $80/$123

12 sessions - $110/$172

16 sessions - $138/$212

 

Partner Training*

 

You and a partner can work together with a personal trainer to reach your fitness goals. Learn proper exercise technique, how to design and progress your workouts, and how to stay motivated. All this and you get to split the cost of the personal trainer with your partner! 

 

Please choose a partner with a similar fitness level and similar goals.  Sessions last 1 hour.

 

Sessions – Member/Non-Member

 

8 sessions $80/$123 per person
12 sessions $110/$172 per person
16 sessions $138/$212 per person

 

Smart Start*

 

1 fitness assessment + 1 personal training session = a smart start to fitness success. Combine two of our best programs and get the information you need to plan quality workouts.

 

Cost is $35 for members and $50 for Non-Members.

 

 

 

To Register:  Stop by the SRC Main Office to complete a Personal Training Request Form.

*Refunds are only considered in the event of medical emergencies.  Documentation from a physician is required. 

 

Sessions must be completed within 60 days from the first session. 

 

If you must cancel your training session, 4 hours notice must be given to your trainer or your session will be forfeited.
