Free Agent List Instructions
Due to the implementation of IMOnline, Intramural Sports is now providing and easier and more efficient way to manage free agents.
To have your information included on an activities free agent list:

Click on the Sign-Up link at the top right corner of the main page (one time only). If you have already created a user name and password, click Login-in at the top right corner.

Create your login information (preferably your Pirate ID and any password that you choose). You will then enter your personal information (Participant ID will be your Banner ID; use “8” to replace the “B”) and click sign-up. Once confirmed, you may go to the next step. If you get an error at this point that says “member not in database,” contact the Intramural office immediately.

Once logged in, click on the orange “Sports” tab in the upper right corner.

Click on the “Free Agency” link located on the far right of the screen.

Click on the “Free Agent Status” icon for the sport in which you would like to play.

Follow the instructions on the screen to add yourself as a free agent to the days, times, and divisions that you would like to play.

Click on “Add Free Agent Request” to complete the operation.

Click Sign-Out at the top right of the screen. You will then be contacted via email when captains need players in order for you to get on a team.
To find additional players and add them to your team’s roster:

Once logged in, click on the orange “Sports” tab in the upper right corner.

Click on the “My Teams” link located on the far right of the screen.

Click on the “Find Free Agents” icon next to the team that you want to find and add players to.

Invite the player or player(s) that you want to join your team from the list provided.

An email will be sent to the player(s) and they will respond to you if they would indeed like to be added to your team.
