Editor and Chief : Ashley Glover
The Editor and Chief uses their knowledge of basic print production, management and staffing requirements to best supervise the magazine's content and operations. The best candidate is also familiar with the magazine's news-gathering responsibilities and First Amendment Rights and restraints.
Managing Editor: Binta Dixon
Directly supervises Expressions staff and reviews all content prior to submission to Executive Staff along with the Copy Editor.
Assistant Editor: Najwa Shehaeh
The Assistant to the Managing Editor the Assistant Editor assists with article selection and editing. They also assist with themes and content decisions.
Staff Writers: Krysten Adams, Veronica Carrington and Akela Yarn
Staff Writers contribute to the variety of charismatic perspectives Expressions offers as enjoyment for its area supporters and loyal fans. The most important task is continuing to entertain the students of East Carolina University. Writers should always submit content that is accurate, fair, and nondiscriminatory.
Art Director: Brittany Lelman
The Art Director is fully responsible for Expressions art design and content layout,
designing promotional materials, and supervising layout editing.
Art Editor: Kendall Walston
Art Editors work closely with the Art Director to plan illustrative content that will enhance Expressions' style and advertising.
Illustrator: Timothy Weaver , Adrian Massenburg
Illustrators are art staff in general. Their work is published whether photography, digital design, or illustrations. They provide illustrative content for the magazine and assist the Art Editor and Art Director with layout.
