As Ledonia's son and an alumnus of East Carolina University, I am pleased to be a part of carrying on the legacy my mother initiated over 25 years ago. In my own professional and private life, I have taken up her commitment to diversity, and I deeply appreciate the Ledonia Wright Cultural Center being a focal point for cultural education on campus and in eastern North Carolina. The Center's Development Board works to support the Cultural Center's programming and outreach, and we're looking forward to helping expand the Center and broaden its positive impact on intercultural relations. I hope you have the opportunity to take advantage of the Ledonia Wright Cultural Center and its programs.
