World-renowned poet, write, commentator, activist and educator Nikki Giovanni will visit East Carolina University on Friday, March 27 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wright Auditorium.  Ms. Giovanni will share a message of hope and inspiration to celebrate Ledonia Wright Cultural Center Day.

Tickets can be purchased through the East Carolina University Central Ticket Office by calling (252) 328-4788 or 1-800-ECUARTS.  Admission is $5 for East Carolina University students, $15 for the general public, and $5 for children.  A reception will follow in the Bate Building.
