Entry Level Officers receive additional pay for education:

60 credit hours/Associates = 2%

Bachelors Degree = 4%

Masters Degree = 6%

Senior Police Officer (Intermediate Certificate) = $33,516

Master Police Officer (Advanced Certificate) = $38,500
