Forms of identification requirements
In accordance with NC General Statues ECU Pharmacy will be required to record one of three forms of identification, State issued drivers license, State DMV identification, or Passport, for patients receiving prescriptions for certain controlled substance medications and Over the Counter Products.
Effective December 1st 2011, students will be asked to present one of the above forms of identification if receiving a prescription for controlled substances and any Over the Counter Products containing Pseudoephedrine. Patients who do not have one of the required forms of identification will not be allowed to purchase the above mentioned products.
