Immunizations: What Is Required?

North Carolina State Law requires all students entering for fall and/or spring semesters and who will be attending classes on any North Carolina University campus meet or show proof of immunization requirements as specified by age (see requirements below).

Students who are attending classes off-campus, auditing classes, taking Internet classes, or satellite classes DO NOT have to complete these forms. Exemption is automatically given at the time of course registration.

International Students are required to have all immunizations based upon age.  Additionally International Students are required to have TB skin test with a negative result within the 12 months preceding the first day of classes. This TB skin test must be performed at a United States medical facility
