RECOGNITION FOR OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE

The Recognition for Outstanding Leadership and Service Awards Program recognizes outstanding students, student organizations and organization advisors who have greatly contributed to the leadership of ECU during the 2008-2009 academic year.

The campus community will come together to honor these outstanding leaders for their achievements in academic endeavors as well as their exceptional leadership to the campus through their involvement in student life, community service, and many other areas. The Recognition for Outstanding Leadership and Service Program is one of the most prestigious awards program on East Carolina University campus.

ECU seeks to encourage those individuals who portray outstanding behavior.  Indeed, rewarding this behavior is one of the most effective ways of fostering excellence, and these awards do just that. These individuals and organizations will be recognized at a banquet on April 26th at 6pm in Harvey Hall in the Murphy Center.
To nominate an individual or organization, please complete the form under the “Online Nomination Form” link on this page. Nominations may be submitted starting on Monday, March 23rd, and should be submitted by Monday, April 6th.
