VAC offers students practical experience in the care of art while bringing a wide variety of art exhibits to the students, campus and community of East Carolina University through the student-led Visual Arts Gallery as well as other venues.

In addition to bringing art exhibits to campus, VAC's educational efforts also include travel to galleries, museums, and artists' studios; and public tours and presentations.

VAC is committed to creating an environment where people of diverse backgrounds can use art as a common language through which they can begin to discover and celebrate their differences.
