About Us

The Office Of Victim Services assists all victims of crime on or off campus, including, but not limited to stalking and/or harassment, domestic and relationship violence, sexual assault , aggravated assault, robbery and identity theft.    

Advocacy services are free and Confidential.  

A Victim Advocate will assist with:

• Crisis Intervention and emergency assistance
• Emergency walk-in services
• Victims’ Compensation for financial reimbursement of medical bills
• Accompaniment throughout criminal proceedings (assisting in making a police report) follow-up on the status of a case

Victims are encouraged to explore their options available to them, in a confidential setting, so that they can make the best decision for themselves. Most importantly, victims should feel free to utilize the services of the victim advocate  even if they decide not to officially report the crime to a law enforcement agency.
