This program is designed for any student who is considering a career in dentistry. Regardless of what you may consider a good time, this interactive and entertaining workshop will make you aware of what you need to know before “going out to party.” Topics of discussion will include: sexual assault prevention, NC & ECU laws/regulations concerning alcohol and drugs, what to do in case of an emergency, peer pressure, and alternative ways to enjoy the company of friends without the use of alcohol or drugs. “Values Auction”

The values auction is a fun and interactive exercise designed to help you determine what you want out of your school experience and a future career. Bidding on different life/career values helps you figure out what’s important and what isn’t.  Discussion will follow on how to apply what was learned during the seminar in picking a major or occupation. Get you started on your journey into the person you’ve always wanted to be!
