Academic Regulations

Academic Regulations has important information regarding your academic standing at East Carolina University.

Bookstore

Known as Dowdy Student Stores, the bookstore is located in the Wright Building and is your one-stop location for all your textbook, supply, apparel, and technology needs.

Buckley Form

The Office of Student Financial Aid will no longer utilize the FERPA Form to speak with authorized individuals. You are now required to complete the Buckley Form  on http://onestop.ecu.edu. For directions on how to complete the Buckley Form, click here.   

The Career Center

The Career Center provides workshops, programs, and opportunities for students that facilitate career exploration, practical work experience, and professional development. Comprehensive technology and available resources enable us to increase quality service delivery to students and alumni who will become the employees of choice by employers nationwide.

Cashier's Office

The primary purpose of this office is the billing, receiving, depositing, disbursing, accounting and the financial record keeping of student tuition, fees and related charges.

Pirate Tutoring Center

The pirate tutoring center provides free tutoring for ECU students, academic skills workshops, study skills coaching, and academic support to enhance student success.

Registrar's Office

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the integrity of student records for the university, the planning and execution of registration of students each semester and summer session, assignment of classroom space for classes and meetings, issuing grades, issuing transcripts, certification of degree requirements for students, mailing diplomas to graduates, and maintenance of a computerized student database.
