Research Interests:
Engineering management and related processes. Specific interests include the role of leaders and followers in the leadership process. This includes quantitative methods of value based decision making including, teams, trust and culture. Ties to the nuclear industry represent interests in waste reduction, waste minimization, facilities decommissioning, decontamination and remediation. Business experience provides on-going interests in personal productivity and performance. Educational research interests include industry-academic engagement in building student and professional success skills.
