Welcome to the
Center for Global Hearing
"Science to Humanity"

Our Mission is to encourage the provision and coordination of audiological outreach, and research in hearing health care throughout the world. Our efforts in the area of outreach are focused on community assistance and missions as well as the implementation of remote tele-audiology programs. Academic endeavors will focus on international cooperative programs in research, academe and research.

The World Health Organization states that hearing impairment doubled between 1995 and 2005. While existing efforts in some world-wide programs are exemplary it is our hope that we can provide assistance in making our collective voices louder and more significant in resolving the hearing demands of all global citizens. I invite you to join us in this effort,

Gregg D. Givens
