High-Risk Behaviors
- Expressed intent to harm self or others
- Intense or uncontrollable anger
- Brandishing a weapon
- Drug or alcohol overdose
- Fighting or assaultive behavior
- Overt threats to kill
- Suicide attempt or threat
- Bizarre delusions or hallucinations
