About
the Health Sciences Events Calendar
The Health Sciences Calendar of Events is a listing of health
sciences-related events that take place at East Carolina University
or are sponsored by the university.
Only faculty and staff of East Carolina University can add events
to the calendar database. All events in the Health Sciences
Calendar database can be accessed by and are subject to modification
by staff members in the Office of Health Sciences News and Information.
The News and Information office reserves the right to delete
or modify event listings that are deemed inappropriate.
How do I get my
event added to the calendar?
Become a Calendar Client:
If you would like to become a calendar client so that you can
enter events into the database for your group or department,
you need to be registered in the calendar client database first.
Contact the Center for Health Sciences Communication (CHSC) (744-1300, or email) to register as a calendar client. Once you
have been registered, you will be able to access the Calendar
Maintenance Application where you can add events to the calendar
and modify them if necessary.
