Microsoft Windows is an operating system used to manage applications and files on the computer. What you will mainly deal with is the graphical interface. This allows you to open and operate multiple applications and files simultaneously. Generally the mouse is used to interact with Windows but many other devices can be used as well, including the keyboard.
