Mission

The mission of the Department for Disability Support Services is to provide to individuals with disabilities support services that will enable them to access programs, services, facilities, and activities of the university; to enhance disability awareness among students, staff, and faculty; and to provide academic courses.

Accommodations (ADD/ADHD, LD, Medical, Mobility,Psychological, Visual Impairments)

• Download and Print the Alternative Test Request Form and Student Summary Sheet. You must be fill out return the request form at least 48 hours before the test.
• Scanning and converting books takes 2 to 3 days depending on how many books are in queue. The binding must be cut off of the book. The book may not be returned with the Book Buy Back program depending on the condition. You must be registered with Disability Support Services to be eligible for this service.
• Information on setting up Natural Voice Reader and using Natural Voice Reader to read books and documents.
