Mission

The mission of the Department for Disability Support Services is to provide to individuals with disabilities support services that will enable them to access programs, services, facilities, and activities of the university; to enhance disability awareness among students, staff, and faculty; and to provide academic courses.

DSS Accomodation Request

Accommodation Letters To Faculty

You must pick up forms from DSS within 2 days after request.

Alternative Test

You must be fill out return the request form at least 48 hours before the test.

• Download and Print the Alternative Test Request Form and Student Summary Sheet.

Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specific Accommodations

Interpreter request must be made 2 days in advance. For more detailed information about this (link coming soon).
