Steps To Register With The Career Center
The Career Center would like all ECU students to register with the office and establish an online career
account. The online career account, one of many services offered by the office, enables students and/or
alumni to upload a resume that is viewable by employers, search online job listings, sign up for oncampus
interviews, and connect with ECU alumni throughout the country.
- Visit The Career Center at 701 E. Fifth Street to pick up a Registration Form or print a copy
of the form at http://www.ecu.edu/e3careers/pdf/RegistrationForm.pdf
- Complete, sign, and return the Registration Form to establish an online career account using
the Experience eRecruiting system. (Allow 24-48 hours for your account to be set up.)
- Go to The Career Center website (http://www.ecu.edu/e3careers/)
and click on eRecruiting on the left side of the
screen.
- Log into Experience eRecruiting
- Username = ECU Exchange Log In (e.g. abc1234)
- Password = 0 (you may change it)
- Complete your Profile
- You will automatically be prompted to complete your Profile.
- Complete the information boxes in the Personal Info,
Academic Info, Career Preferences,
Continued Academics, and Administration
sections. Boxes with a red dot beside them are required fields.
- Click Save at the end of the Administration
section to save all of your information.
- Upload your Resume
- Click on Upload a Document in the Documents
section on the gray navigational bar.
- Choose the document type you want to upload and click Next.
- Click Browse to select your document.
- Choose the document/file and click Open.
- Click Upload.
- Publish your Resume to the Resume Books for employers to view
- Click on Publish a Resume in the Documents
section on the gray navigational bar.
- Choose the resume book(s) most applicable to your academic major.
- Select your resume for each applicable resume book.
- Click Save.
