• Complete resume and register with Career Connections
• Meet with your Career Coordinator to discuss your interests and options. Include geographical areas of interest as well as career goals.
• Search Career Connections and other job databases available via the internet.
• Network with as many people as possible. This includes family, friends, professors, former employers, etc...
• Attend as many career readiness workshops as possible. This will assist you with the development of resumes, cover letters, interviewing skills, and job search strategies.
• Be proactive! Successful job searchers are patient but also show initiative.
