Step 1 – First of all, if you have not already done so you will need to request web space through the ECU Help Desk (328-9866) or via the web form (http://help.ecu.edu >> Submit Online Request). After you have your web space please continue with the rest of the instructions. In a moment, you will be asked to download some files. When it asks you if you want to open or save this file, click on open. A window should open showing two folders: Interface and Portfolio. If this window does not open or if you have an older operating system you may need to install a zip utility like Winzip. Click here to download a free copy of Winzip. Use this utility to extract files to your desktop.
