AERE Survey of Graduate Programs in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics

This survey solicits information on whether or not a department offers a field of specialization in environmental and resource economics, the names of faculty members who specialize in this area of research and a list of special resources such as inter-departmental seminars, research institutes or nearby think tanks that might distinguish the program. The new survey also includes more questions about size of the program and the extent of course offerings in the area of environmental and resource economics.

In response to suggestions from current graduate students, the survey also includes some new questions about the availability of financial aid that may be important to potential graduate students when deciding where to apply. In addition, survey respondents have provided information on thesis titles and job placements for recent degree recipients.
