Getting Started

Qualtrics is a web-based survey software for East Carolina University faculty, staff and students.  Before creating a survey, ensure you have met the University IRB criteria.  If you are new to Qualtrics at ECU, you will be required to review and agree to the ECU Qualtrics Terms of Use to obtain an account.  To get started, enter your PirateID and Passphrase below.
