Todd Finley has over 15 years of experience teaching K-18 and researching and publishing in the fields of curriculum, instruction, and technology. Dr. Finley leads community-wide "technology learning circle projects" and designs distance education courses and educational web sites for educational organizations. Currently, Todd consults for low-wealth rural schools as a Professional Development School Advisory (PDS) Board Member, Leadership Team Participant, and School Liaison. The author of numerous articles in national and regional journals, magazines, and newsletters, he is finishing two books: A Short Guide to Writing in Education (Addison/Wesley Longman) and Classroom Epiphanies: English Teachers Reveal Moments of Pedagogical Change (NCETA).
