Jennifer Memolo joined the ECU faculty in the Spring of 2003. As an undergraduate she was twice awarded the Patricia Finley Watkins Writing Scholarship (1999 and 2000). She has given several fiction readings at the Greenville Barnes & Noble Bookstore, and read her story "All American Breakfast" at the 2002 Twentieth Century Literature Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. She won First and Third Place in Non-Fiction and First Place in Fiction in ECU's 2002 Rebel and Second Place in Fiction in the 2003 Rebel. She hopes to obtain her MFA in Creative Writing.
