East Carolina University is committed to student success and to enhancing students’ entire experience—from their first look at an ECU brochure to joining the ranks of successful alumni.
In order to better serve our students, ECU has created the Office of Enrollment Management to develop, coordinate, and execute strategic enrollment initiatives to attract, enroll, and retain students at East Carolina University. The office leads the campus strategic enrollment planning effort within the context of ECU's Strategic Plan and UNC Tomorrow.
Within the Office of Enrollment Management are Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar, Academic Support Services, and the First Year Center. Included in the First Year Center are New Student Orientation, Freshman Seminar, Transfer Student Services, and advising for first year and transfer students.
The Office of Enrollment Management works closely with Academic Affairs, Student Life, University Marketing, Institutional Research, and Information Technology & Computing Services to provide a seamless recruitment, retention, and success network for ECU students matriculating on and off campus.
