It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us on East Carolina University's campus for Family Weekend 2008 to enjoy the ECU experience as a family.
This weekend will provide you the opportunity to experience the rich diversity of campus life, attend activities, and explore university resources that are available to you and your students"s".
You will become familiar with your student"s" academic department at "Breakfast with the Deans" and discover university resources by attending our many Open Houses.
We will offer family evening activities in Mendenhall Student Center and in our Student Recreation Center. Saturday morning you can start your day with a family canoe trip down the beautiful Tar River. After you have worked up an appetite, join us at the Pre Game Pirate Buffet for a delicious meal and plenty of cheers as we rally to support our ECU Pirate student athletes before they take on conference rival, the Houston Cougars.
We hope that you will be our guest September 26-28, as Family Weekend 2008 celebrates the individual success of your student"s" and the treasures that East Carolina University has to offer. No registration is required to attend Family Weekend; however, some individual events may require pre-registration and/or an admission fee.
