We are the Office of Student Financial Aid, Student Employment, and the Financial Services Call Center.
The Office of Student Financial Aid provides education, guidance, and support to individuals and families in the financial aid process. We administer Federal, State, and Institutional aid programs to students at East Carolina University, the Brody School of Medicine, and the School of Dental Medicine.
The Student Employment Office (SEO) provides support to the entire campus community throughout the hiring process of ECU student employees. SEO maintains an online database to help ECU students connect with part-time job opportunities both on and off campus.
The Financial Services Call Center provides phone support to the Office of Student Financial Aid and the Cashier. The Call Center (Level I) is centralized for all incoming calls to Financial Aid (252-328-6610 or 252-737-6610) and the Cashier (252-328-6886 or 737-6886). The Student Financial Services Call Center can assist you with general questions about financial aid awards, outstanding requirements, amounts due on account, holds on account, AMS payment plans, Higher One Refunds, and other related topics. If further assistance is required the Call Center staff will transfer the caller to Financial Aid or the Cashier.
