In 1978, the Department of Pediatrics was accredited to conduct a postgraduate training program. Since that time the residency program has grown and matured. Currently, there are nine positions at each of the three training levels and a fourth year Chief resident. The program is designed to meet RRC standards and to train Pediatricians eligible for a Board P certification
