All pediatric house officers receive advanced training in Pediatric Life
Support and NALS. In addition to formal course work, clinical experience
is gained in the Acute Care Clinic of Brody School of Medicine and the
Emergency Department at PCMH. A formal rotation in Pediatric Emergency
Medicine is provided in the PL-2 training. This rotation allows the resident
to gain experience and expertise under the supervision of faculty trained
in Emergency Medicine. |
