Health Careers Awareness Workshop
A Health Careers Workforce of the Future workshop was recently held by Eastern AHEC in collaboration with Carteret Community College. The workshop, which kicks off a blossoming health careers awareness program, is designed to increase the awareness among educators of opportunities and changes in health careers. Practical information to guide students in making appropriate educational decisions is provided. These programs target public school administrators, educators and counselors representing middle and high schools.
