Core Logician Users (CLUe)

Got a question?  Get a CLUe...

What is a CLUe?

Core Logician Users (CLUes) are users that server as the individual clinics "super user". They   provide ongoing support, serve as onsite resources, link users and Health Information Systems/Services for communication of updates and policy changes. Once identified, these users remain and participate with other users from other LIVE sites in regular CLUe meetings for the exchange of ideas and product development.

As a CLUe you learn to provide very basic technical and software support to all Logician users in your clinical area. Additional training is provided so that expertise in computers is not required. These users can trouble shoot simple problems and be able to communicate more serious problems to the correct systems personnel. These users are visible and active providers who can improve efficiency, proficiency, and quality of patient care using the EMR.

CLUes are an initial point of contact for all users in the clinic site to take complaints, referrals, suggestions and other comments regarding Logician operation to improve communication and system responsiveness to user needs.

User Group meetings are established monthly for all CLUes to exchange concerns and problems, to provide product or policy changes or updates and to foster operational improvements.

Interested in Joining?

Usually each Department names "an official representative" or two to attend the monthly CLUe meetings so that we can establish an official line of communication. Members attend monthly meetings with other CLUes. However, we would love to have any ECU Physician staff member that is interested in participating to join. If you would like to join the CLUe user group, please contact us 744 -2030 option 2 and let us know. A representative will forward you meeting information
