Goose Creek Outreach Event

  In November 2008, the Citizens' Monitoring Network was invited to Goose Creek State Park to help participate in an
environmental education event.  The audience consisted of all middle school science classes in Wilson, NC.  The event
consisted of a presentation on the Albemarle-Pamlico National Estuary Program as well as water quality test demonstrations.
Students also had the opportunity to ask questions to help prep them for the Envirothon.
