APNEP and the Citizens' Monitoring Network were invited back to
Family Science Night, which is an annual family event that is held
at Oakwood School, an independent K-12 school. In addition to our
traditional display, a couple graduate students from the ECU Biology
Department and the ECU Coastal Resources Management PhD Program brought
along some of their field equipment to display. They
talked about how their work ties in with the APNEP mission.
Attendance was high for this event with an estimated total of 100
attendees.
