Get Started

ITCS provides technology training in both seated and virtual formats for students, staff and faculty.

Unless otherwise noted, registration for workshops is through the Cornerstone OnDemand training management portal. Permanent faculty and staff log in using their PirateID. Need help? See these registration instructions.

Temporary workers, student workers, teaching assistants and graduate assistants who require a training transcript must have a Cornerstone account requested by their supervisor (Cornerstone Account, right).

Don't need a transcript? Temporary and student workers register through the online registration form.

Temporary employees, student workers, teaching assistants and graduate assistants who require a transcript for training must have a Cornerstone account requested by their supervisor through the IT service request system. Students who do not require a transcript can register for a classthrough this online form.

    ITCS now delivers customized, face-to-face training to your group or unit. Let us know when we can schedule an hour to give you a “taste” of the technology tools available for your teaching, research or productivity projects. Whether your group is small or large, we cater to everyone…and best of all, we deliver!

    Most ECU technology platforms also include online resources, whether website, blogs or printable pdf documents and online videos.
